Academy Awards 2010 Preview Part 5

We then hit the Governor’s Ball where Lauren Bacall was honored this year. She’s 85 and a prior Oscar nominee. She was presented with an honorary Oscar. At the Oscar nominees’ luncheon, Sandra Bullock and Meryl Streep are smooching it up and have put their feud aside. The new feud is Bullock vs. Sidibe and Chris Harrison is in the middle of it.

Modern Family drew 10.1 million viewers, an increase of 8 percent from last week, and tied its season high in the adults 18-to-49 demographic. Its lead-in, The Middle (8.2 million), was also up, improving 11 percent to reach a series high. Faltering against Idol , Cougar Town shed more than 3 million of Family ’s viewers and fell sharply in the 18-to-49 demo.
