NBC’s ratings for the Winter Olympics dipped below those of the 2006 Winter Games in Torino for the first time Monday night. The broadcast was watched by 20.9 million viewers, enough to easily win the night. But ratings fell 25 percent from last Monday night and were down 7 percent from the same night during the Torino Games. The 2006 games were the lowest-rated games in recent history, according to The Hollywood Reporter .
