Mike Tyson’s 4-year-old daughter, Exodus, is on life support after an accident involving home exercise equipment, police said.

Exodus Tyson’s 7-year-old brother found her on a treadmill with her neck caught in a cord that dangles from the console of the machine, police told The Associated Press. Exodus’ mother removed the cord, called police and tried to revive the girl.

Exodus was rushed from her Phoenix home to a hospital where she was in “extremely critical condition” and on life support, police Sgt. Andy Hill said. Mike Tyson had been in Las Vegas but flew to Phoenix immediately when he learned of the accident, Hill said.

Hill called the incident a “tragic accident,” and said “there’s nothing in the investigation that revealed anything suspicious.”

“The Tyson family would like to extend our deepest and most heartfelt thanks for all your prayers and support, and we ask that we be allowed our privacy at this difficult time,” the family said in a statement.
